Shipping & Returns
Only the billing address linked with the purchasing credit/debit card OR the address validated on your PayPal account will be shipped. Your order will be shipped via FedEx Express once it has been fulfilled and packaged. Signature confirmation will be required for all domestic and international packages. Orders are usually only shipped Monday through Friday. For an extra fee, Saturday delivery may be available. Delivery on Sundays and holidays are not available. Multiple items ordered as part of a single order may or may not ship at the same time. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees if your order is split into multiple shipments. We do not ship to P.O. boxes to ensure that your product arrives safely and securely. Any import fees and/or taxes must be paid by international customers.
Monday through Friday, orders are handled. On weekends and holidays, orders are processed the next business day.
General Shipping Information
Allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. 7-10 business days for domestic shipping.
We are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or destroyed. All shipments are insured, and the customer is responsible for filing any claims with the shipping company.
We can't and won't change or intercept a shipment in order to change the delivery date.
We will only ship to the address entered in checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please read the information carefully before making a purchase. All orders placed through AO Jewelry are considered custom orders, meaning they are created according to the specifications provided by the customer (you), and we are not obligated to issue a refund if you change your mind about a purchase for any reason. Depending on how you customized your purchase, each piece of jewelry could take up to several weeks to complete from start to finish. However, if returned in unused condition within 10 days of receipt, some products may be accepted for partial store credit or exchange. Any restocking and/or reconditioning expenses, as well as all non-refundable shipping fees, will be the responsibility of the buyer.We will not issue a refund due to "buyer's remorse." There are no refunds on custom engraved items, rings, grills, or any other custom designed work. Damaged or defective items must be returned at the expense of the buyer, and the validity of any claims will be determined by AO Jewelry. If the order was damaged or faulty during shipping, we will repair your piece at no cost.

Please repackage the item carefully in its original packaging before returning it. The return shipping label is your responsibility. Please mail your order to the following address once it has been prepared:
